Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 November 2026. These terms govern your use of the NOVA IPTV service. By ordering, you agree to them.
The service
We sell digital IPTV subscription access. Access is provided for personal use only. Reselling, sharing or redistributing credentials, streams or access is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Licensed content
We provide access to content we are authorised to distribute. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and in compliance with the laws that apply where you are located. We do not authorise access to unlicensed content.
Availability
Service availability depends on third-party providers and infrastructure. Maintenance, provider changes and interruptions can occur. We aim to restore service promptly and will communicate material outages through our support channels.
Orders and credentials
Orders are activated manually after payment is verified. Credentials are delivered to the email address supplied with the order, normally within 12 hours. Keep your transaction ID and activation email.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, share credentials, redistribute streams, use the service for unlawful activity, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, device faults, internet faults or content supplied by third-party providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription period.
